Refund policy

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of G369G products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or delayed shipping once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
